Gettler Stadium Selected as Site for 2010 BIG EAST Outdoor Track and Field Championships

9/18/2008 - For the second time since its entrance into the BIG EAST Conference in 2005, the University of Cincinnati will hold a BIG EAST Conference Championship as UC's Gettler Stadium will be the site for the 2010 BIG EAST Outdoor Track and Field Championships, the conference office announced on Monday, Sept. 17. Bearcat Olympians Mary Wineberg and David Payne to Lead World's Largest Chicken Dance

9/15/2008 - Former University of Cincinnati track athletes and 2008 Olympic medalists, Mary Wineberg and David Payne, will lead the World's Largest Chicken Dance at Noon on Fountain Square in Downtown Cincinnati on Saturday, September 20 as part of the 33rd annual Oktoberfest-Zinzinnati. The event will be held along six blocks of Fifth Street in Downtown Cincinnati. (more)
