PROVIDENCE, R.I. – University of Cincinnati senior guard Antoinette Miller (Detroit, Mich./Southfield-Lathrup) has been selected to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
The preseason all-conference pick averaged 21 points, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds during the first week of the season as the Bearcats went 1-1.
She scored a game-high 21 points – to go along with four assists, three rebounds, and three steals -- in a 68-62 season-opening win Tuesday vs. Utah. She followed with an identical points, assists, and rebounds performance Sunday in a 60-50 loss to Saint Louis.
Dating back to last season, Miller has scored 20-plus points in five-straight games.
Entering Monday, Miller is tied for fourth in the conference in scoring and ninth in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.0).
