CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics has launched the Behind the Bearcats Podcast, a look behind the scenes into the stories of UC student-athletes, coaches and staff.
The biweekly podcast, sponsored by Ameritas, will be hosted by Dan Hoard and Matt Noonan and feature different UC stories in each episode. Upcoming features include overcoming adversity, the #Bearcats United movement, empowering women's initiatives and more.
The inaugural episode features an interview between UC Director of Athletics John Cunningham and Hoard. The duo caught up on recent events surrounding UC Athletics including the upcoming UC football season, the effect the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the department and all the twists and turns Cunningham has faced since becoming UC's AD in December 2019.
