CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati football team will close out its spring session with an open practice for Bearcats fans on Saturday, April 14 at 11:30 a.m. ET in Nippert Stadium.

Stadium gates and concession stands will open at 11 a.m.

In the second season under Head Coach Luke Fickell, the Bearcats entered the 15-practice spring session with 12 returning starters, including All-American Athletic Conference selections in punter James Smith (Wangaratta, Australia) and defensive tackle Marquise Copeland (Cleveland, Ohio/Bedford).

"Our work this offseason has focused on developing as football players," Fickell said. "Our team has worked incredibly hard through the winter and into the spring. The next step is using that momentum to work hard into the summer and start preparing for the 2018 season. It will be great to be back in Nippert Stadium for our last spring practice this year in front of our phenomenal fans."

Staff from the athletics ticket office will be on site behind the student section in the south end zone for fans and students who want to make their purchase on site. Season-ticket packages start at $99 or $16.50 per game in the Coach's Corner in section 127, 101 and 201. Student season tickets guarantee a seat for every game for just $70.

Season ticket holders who renew their seats by March 30 are eligible to watch practice from the West Pavilion Scholarship Club. Eligible patrons will receive an email with instructions the week of April 2, 2018. To take advantage of this first-come, first served option, you must RSVP with the ticket office.

The club level will open at 11 a.m. on April 14. Concessions and beverages will be available for purchase, including: a Bloody Mary Bar, Mimosa Bar, omelet station, burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and walking tacos.

For fans in the stadium bowl, concession stands will be open with a pancake breakfast on the menu in Stadium View Café under the scoreboard. Bubblemosas, a mimosa using Rhinegeist Bubbles instead of champagne, will be featured as well.

Following the workout, the team will sign autographs for fans and the 2018 spring football poster will be available for pickup.
