I love being outdoors doing any and all types of activities. I'm big into movies, my sister and I love quoting all the movies we have seen and testing each other to see if we can name the movie a specific quote is from. Friends and family are super important to me, without them I wouldn't be the person I am today. I am so thankful for all the people who have consistently impacted my life in a positive way.

My family, including extended, is very close and very large. There are multiple generations of athletes who left large shoes to fill. A large chunk of my family has both played and coached college sports and so growing up I looked up to them and essentially made my goals in sports and in life to be great like them. That of course has directly affected how I am on the field. I'm passionate about competing and being the best. I thrive when I'm put up against hard competition. I feel the need to prove that I am someone who can't be overlooked. This has been my mindset from the very start of my career.

Outside of lacrosse, I am working on becoming an early childhood education teacher, which also happens to run in my family. A lot of the women in my family are teachers and I took a similar step in my career. I love working with children and making a difference in the younger generations. I am currently teaching preschool children every afternoon this semester and will be teaching kindergarten next semester!
