Members of the Athletic Marketing team were on hand at the Northwest School Health and Safety Fair on Wednesday, August 11th. The event was held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Northwest High School cafeteria. Students and parents attended the event to get information about how they can stay healthy during the upcoming school year by meeting with doctors and dentists from the area. They could also pick up their school supplies to be prepared for the start of school.
The Bearcat Caravan team was there to hand out promotional materials such as schedule cards, Kids Club flyers and tattoos to students and answered any questions they had about University of Cincinnati athletics. The marketing team partnered up with Gameworks, who passed out goodie bags and coupons to the kids and parents.
The rest of the week is busy for the Bearcat Caravan as we travel to three more events this week. On Thursday, the Bearcat Caravan will visit the Dance Party in Ault Park. Coney Island will be the next stop on Friday afternoon and then the Caravan will close out the week by visiting Kings Island for UC Volleyball Day.
