Institutional Donation Request Form

In accordance with NCAA Bylaws 13.15 (Pre-College Expenses) and 12.5.1.1 (Promotional Activities - Permissible) the following information shall be obtained PRIOR to approving any donation requests. Donations that directly or indirectly benefit high schools or organizations that work with high school level students will be denied

Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to review submissions.

NOTE: At this time we are only accepting ticket donation requests for football. Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, and Baseball ticket donation requests will not be avaiilable until after the full schedule is released for each sport.
