TicketsCINCINNATI – Twenty-six University of Cincinnati student-athletes will earn their degrees this weekend as the University holds its Fall 2020 Commencement virtually because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Of the 26 graduations, three former men's basketball players – Tarrice Gibson, AD Jackson and James White – returned to UC to complete their undergraduate degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies.
The group of current UC student-athletes represents seven teams with two football players, Bruno Labelle and Jake Sopko, receiving master's degrees in business administration.
Graduation Ceremonies will be held virtually over two days beginning on Friday, Dec. 11 at 6pm for the Doctoral Hooding and Master's Recognition Ceremony and the undergraduate ceremony will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, Dec. 12.
