CINCINNATI -- Cincinnati men's golf redshirt-senior Mason Lenhart has been named the AAC's Golfer of the Week following his performance at the Mason Rudolph Championship.

Lenhart (Prospect, Ky.) carded a 5-under 208 at the event in Nashville, producing a 71-68-69 line to tie for 12th, his highest-career showing. The 68 was his lowest round of the year, while his 69 in the final marked his third sub-70 of the year. He joined Sam Jean (Badger Invitational in September) as the only ones with back-to-back 60s rounds. Jean was also the AAC's Men's Golfer of the Month in September.

UC finished sixth in the 15-team field, with four of the five teams ahead of it ranking in the top-50 nationally. This season, Lenhart holds a 73.81 stroke average, with his career-best coming in 2019-20 (73.78).

The Bearcats (No. 60 in Golfweek, 66 in Golfstat) remain in the NCAA postseason hunt with two tournaments left. They will compete in Iowa's Hawkeye Invitational Monday and Tuesday before the AAC Championships in Florida (April 22-24).
