TicketsCINCINNATI - 2019 Bearcats graduate and NCAA Champion Annette Echikunwoke has continued to compete in meets across the U.S. She most recently won the women's hammer throw at the Tuscan Elite Classic with a throw that ranks sixth in the world.
The Tuscan Elite Classic is a premier throws meet held each year on the third weekend in May. It brings out the top talent across the country in each of the throwing events. Echikunwoke's throw of 73.67m (241' 8.50") won the women's hammer throw at the meet. Her winning throw was over 1.3 meters (4') further than the next closest competitor.
