- Season field goal percentage of .642 set in 1978 remains a UC record.
- Became a starter his sophomore season and relinquished the role only when sidelined for most of the 1977 season by a fractured ankle.
- Led the team in scoring his junior and senior seasons, averaging 24.4 points as a senior.
- Team MVP his junior and senior seasons and tri-captain as a senior.
- Two-time All-Metro Conference first team selection and league Player of the Year as a senior.
- Earned All-American recognition as a senior in 1979 (Citizens Savings).
- Taken in the third round of the 1979 NBA draft by Milwaukee.
- Played 10 seasons in the NBA.
- UC Athletics Hall of Fame in 1990.
