CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati department of athletics played host to a group of nearly 400 fans Tuesday in an open house event at the Richard E. Lindner Center and historic Nippert Stadium.
The evening served as an opportunity to give fans an inside look at the Bearcats football program and information on 2012 ticket opportunities.
Fans had the opportunity to participate in a question and answer session with Head Coach Butch Jones and Director of Athletics Whit Babcock, receive a tour of UC's football facilities including the football locker room and player's lounge, team meeting rooms, sports medicine facilities and weight room.
To close out the event, fans had the chance to personally select their season for all seven 2012 home games in Nippert Stadium.
Season ticket packages include tickets in the same location for seven home games at Nippert Stadium, an opportunity to purchase season-long parking, priority seating and invitation to select events.
In recognition of UC's upcoming 125th football season, tickets start as low as $125 per seat in the `Coaches Corner', which is a perfect opportunity for new season ticket holders.
Tickets are also on sale for UC's marquee non-conference matchup against Virginia Tech on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012 at FedEx Field in Landover, Md., home of the Washington Redskins.
For fans that were not at the event, you can purchase season tickets or tickets to the Virginia Tech game by calling 1-877-CATS-TIX or visiting CATSTIX.com.
