CINCINNATI – Four members of the University of Cincinnati baseball team were named Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday.
Brandon Scheurer, Joel Pineiro, Carson Marsh, and Jack Natili all received the recognition, which honors their work on the field and in the classroom. Natili was selected to move on to the ballot for Academic All-America.
Academic All-America honorees will be announced on July 1.
To be eligible for Academic All-District, student-athletes must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and be starters or major contributors for their respective programs.
