2023-24 SEASONS
2024 ITF: Competed in five meets… Recorded a personal best 1000m time at the Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Championships placing 12th (2:26.55)… Had three top-five finishes… Fifth in the mile at the Indiana Invitational (4:07.72), seventh in the 3000m at the 2024 Rod McCraby Memorial Track & Field Meet (8:23.24), eighth in the mile at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (4:06.47).
2024 OTF: Participated in four meets… Three top 10 finishes… third in the 1500m at the Clark Wood Open 2024 (3:49.82), fourth in the 3000s in the Wake Forest Invitational (9:07.26), ninth in the 3000s at the Big 12 Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a personal best time of 8:54.64.
2023-24 XC: Ran in five meets… Clocked a personal-best 10k time finishing 71st at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Championships (31:19.5)… At the RedHawk Rumble he logged a career-best 6k time placing eighth (18:15.0).
2022-23 SEASONS
2022 XC: Competed in five meets during the season…. Had his best ever performance at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional finishing 56th with a personal best 10k time of 31:24.1… At the AAC Championships he placed 29th overall…. At the Live in Lou Classic he ran an 8k personal best of 24:11.4.
2023 ITF: Competed in five meets during the season… Appeared in the mile, 3000m at DMR at the AAC Championships… Was part of the AAC Championship wining DMR team that broke the UC record with a time of 9:41.29… At the Bob Pollock invitational he ran a personal best 4:03.51 in the mile, the second fastest time in program history… Won the 3000m at the Meyo Invitational with a personal best time of 8:08.07, the sixth fastest time in program history.
2023 OTF: Competed in five meets during the season… Finished fifth overall in the 1500m at the AAC Championships… Ran a personal best 3:44.99 at the Raleigh Relays, the fourth fasest time in program history… Recorded his second top-10 finish of the season at the Tennessee Invite placing sixth overall in the 1500m.
2021-22 SEASONS
2021 XC: Competed in six total meets during the season. Placed 26th overall at the American Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 25:25.9. Recorded his fastest 10k of his collegiate career at the NCAA Division 1 Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 32:00.8, placing 96th overall.
2022 ITF: Competed in four meets during the season. set a personal record in the mile at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational with a time of 4:11.12. At the AAC Indoor Track and Field Championships he placed eighth overall in 800m with a time of 1:55.48.
2022 OTF: Competed in five meets during the season. Placed 12th overall in the 1500m at the American Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2020-21 SEASONS
2021 ITF: Competed in four meets during the season. Had his best performance at the University of Akron Campbell Invitational, placing second overall in the 800m with a time of 1:54.83.
2021 OTF: Competed in five meets during the season. Set a personal record time of 3:47.29 at the Clark Wood Invitational, placing second overall. Placed seventh in the 800m at the American Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a personal record time of 1:52.74.
2019-20 SEASONS
2020 OTF (FR): No season was conducted because of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
2020 ITF (FR): Redshirted.
2019 XC (FR): Raced five times on the year, including in both postseason competitions... opened his career running 16:44.4 at the Queen City Invitational placing 68th overall... placed 63rd at the AAC XC Championships, running 26:41.0... ran a best of 25:50.9 in 8,000m racing at the Louisville meet... placed 146th (fourth on the team) at the NCAA Great Lakes Region meet in 33:41.9, his first 10,000m competition.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of St. Xavier High School (Cincinnati)... four-year member of the Bombers’ cross country and track & field teams... part of the cross country team that took third in the Ohio state meet his sophomore year... as a senior, helped the 4x800m relay to state runner-up honors and was sixth in the state in the mile (indoor)... also competed in the national meet in both the 4x800m and 4xMile relays... earned All-Ohio and first team all-city accolades in the 4x800m and mile events... first-team all-conference for cross country and track & field... member of the National Honor Society and Foreign Language Honor Society... is now a second-generation Bearcat following in his dad Steve, who competed in the pole vault at UC.
