FIRST MEETING
OCTOBER 17, 1908 - "Although they were strangers in a strange country, the Cincinnati eleven never gave up. They played with wonderful spirit and pluck throughout the game. The quarter-back who started the game for the Cincy boys was knocked out in about five minutes after play, and the second man who took his place could not handle the team well" - The Tuscaloosa News
