Now, more than ever, it is essential that the Cincinnati Athletics Department is intentional in their efforts to recruit, retain and develop the best student-athletes possible to don the C-Paw. To do just that, the UCATS staff has worked tirelessly to evaluate many aspects of the operation to best serve the donors who back Cincinnati each day. Below you will find a wealth of information on some upcoming changes to the UCATS system beginning February 4, 2026.
Drive Year
We believe it is critical to have a consistent drive year for all donations to UCATS. Not only does this allow for ranking and benefits structure, but helps our athletic department to forecast and plan for years to come. Beginning this July, the UCATS Drive Year will run from July 1 – June 30 of each year. Aligning with the university fiscal year allows for better budgeting and streamlines ranking and priority point structure for all ticketed sports. Donors must make their gift(s) by June 30th each year.
Donor Ranking
Effective immediately, our ranking system will be on a straight rank. Donors will no longer be ranking within their giving level. Check your donor information HERE.
Priority Point Structure
For a full breakdown of the new points structure, please visit HERE. Points will only be awarded for cash gifts to athletics. No longer will pledges be awarded points and no university giving will be counted. We have made several adjustments to reward cash received in our most important areas. Any newly signed planned gifts will receive 20 points. All previously signed pledges and planned gifts will maintain the points they originally received.
Giving Levels
Our donor giving levels have been reduced from 10 to seven (7). This was an intentional change to differentiate benefits and donor rewards as a result of their philanthropy.

Updated Maps
In an effort to make it easier for fans to understand where their dollars are making an impact, our updated football and men's basketball pricing maps show both the season ticket price and per-seat donation that goes directly towards our student-athlete scholarship bill.
Note: Cincinnati Athletics continues to value the environment created by our fans in both Nippert Stadium and Fifth Third Arena. Accordingly, there are no current plans to reseat either venue.
