C-Club is a program that provides all former University of Cincinnati Letterwinners the opportunity to maintain a lifelong connection with Bearcat Athletics. C-Club membership includes former Letterwinners who participated as varsity athletes, spirit squad members from cheer and dance, managers, trainers, and selected individuals who made significant contributions to the program while at UC as a student. We are an exclusive group who understand the commitment and spirit that it takes to be called Bearcats. Because of your participation and achievements as a former Letterwinner, you will forever be a part of the great legacy of University of Cincinnati Athletics.
This organization originated in 1935 and has seen many changes over the years. C-Club moved under the leadership of the athletic department in the summer of 2015.

C-Club is dedicated to establishing a Letterwinners organization by supporting University of Cincinnati Athletics and building a lasting tradition through service, programs and camaraderie. We will promote and honor the contributions made by former Bearcat athletes. C-Club strives to provide our members with the opportunity to reconnect and maintain relationships across different sports and generations. Through a strong and active membership, we aim to make a significant difference (or Value) in the lives of our current and former student-athletes.
VISION
C-Club program exists to provide former Bearcats Letterwinners the opportunity to maintain a lifelong relationship with University of Cincinnati Athletics.
GOALS
- Maintain a directory of all former letterwinners that is updated annually using the policies established by the athletic department for student-athletes, managers, cheer, dance and other designated personnel.
- Partner with UCATS and the UC Foundation to update contact information on former letterwinners.
- Provide regular communication on the activities of C-Club as well as the athletic department to former letterwinners using social media and other forms of communication.
- Executive Director provides leadership to the established board and documents board meetings and events. The C-Club Board of Directors regularly reviews the bylaws established for the organization.
- Establish partnerships with athletics and particularly Student-Athlete Support Services (SASS) to provide leadership and support to current UC student-athletes.
- Create Sport Ambassadors who would help maintain contact with former players and help promote events for the athletic department and the specific sports participated.
- Assist University of Cincinnati athletics in celebrating its athletic history and honoring special achievements of former letterwinners as events are established throughout the year (i.e. Legion of Excellent-Hall of Fame induction; championship team celebrations).
- Establish events that support the mission and vision of C-Club as well as UC Athletics
