TicketsUC Athletics has a proud championship tradition as the Bearcats have secured numerous conference crowns, both as teams and as individuals/relays.
Going back to 1908 when the men's basketball team captured Cincinnati's first conference title, UC has collected 116 conference championships (regular season, conference tournament and sweeps of both) in 15 sports. Individually, the Bearcats have combined to captured 298 crowns in individual (singles) and multiple-athlete (doubles & relay events) in nine sports (cross country, track & field (indoor & outdoor), swimming & diving and tennis). Including regular season and tournament crowns combined, the men's basketball program has collected 41 conference titles, while football (15), baseball (11) and men's track & field (10) have reached double digits in their championship hauls.
