How is UC handling season tickets during the COVID-19 pandemic?
There will be no men’s basketball season tickets. Season ticket holder status and ticket locations will be automatically rolled over to the 2021-22 season, for all season ticket holders. If fans are permitted in Fifth Third Arena, men’s basketball home games will be sold on an individual game basis, with sales limited to current season ticket holders and students. There will be no general public ticket sales.
As a season ticket holder, what options do I have with money I have already paid for my season tickets?
Through the Bearcats Ticket Assurance Plan, season ticket holders have 4 different options on what they can do with money they have previously paid. Please Click Here for more information.
How do I select an option in the Bearcats Ticket Assurance Plan?
All season ticket holders received an email with information on how to select an option. Please refer to that email or call the Bearcats Ticket Office at 1-877-CATS-TIX
