COVID-19 TICKET POLICIES & INFORMATION

Due to the evolving nature of COVID-19, please note that future athletic event schedules are subject to change. In the event the upcoming seasons are canceled or modified, season ticket holders can donate their tickets, roll over their commitment to the following season or request a refund.

Bearcats Athletics season ticket holders will have the following options


1. Season ticket orders may be converted to a 100% charitable donation to UCATS.

2. 2020-2021 season ticket orders may be applied to the 2021-2022 season of the same sport.

3. Season ticket holders may request a 100% refund of the paid amount for the 2020-21 season

*Please note that refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Only purchases made directly through the Bearcats Ticket Office are eligible to be refunded. Refund requests for tickets purchased through a secondary market must be made through the appropriate vendor.
 

What are the deadlines to renew my season tickets?

  • 2020 Bearcats Football Renewal Deadline: August 2020. Date TBD.
  • Bearcats Men’s Basketball Renewal Deadline: August 31
  • Bearcats Women’s Basketball & Baseball: Renewals for both sports have not begun. Details will be communicated at a later date.
 

Is it too late to submit my parking preferences for the upcoming seasons?

Parking assignments for the 2020 Bearcats Football season have already been made. Parking assignments for the 2020-2021 Men’s Basketball season will not be made until late-July. It is not too late to submit your parking garage preferences so they are accounted for when your assignment is made. Please remember that all parking assignments are based on UCATS priority.

 

When can I upgrade my season ticket location?

The seat improvement process for the 2020 Football season was completed in May. Information regarding the 2020-2021 Men’s Basketball seat improvement process will be sent later this summer via email. The Bearcats Ticket Office will continue to keep season ticket holders updated regarding the latest developments involving the Men’s Basketball seat improvement process.

 

When will mini plans and single game tickets be available for purchase?

This is to be determined. Additional information regarding the opportunity to purchase mini plans or single game tickets will be communicated in advance of any future on-sale date.

 

What procedures and guidelines can I expect to follow on gamedays?

We will be sure to communicate all gameday procedures and guidelines once more information becomes available. Bearcats Athletics staff are committed to following all necessary protocols to ensure the safety of our fans.
 

Is the Bearcats Ticket Office open?

Bearcats Ticket Office representatives are working remotely due to campus restrictions around COVID-19. We are available to assist you Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm EST. We can be contacted via email (uc.tickets@uc.edu) and by phone (1-877-CATS-TIX).
