- Awarded the Conference USA Track Athlete of the Year while also leading UC to a Conference USA Outdoor Championship in 2004.
- Two-time AP Track and Field All American.
- Won silver in the 2007 Pan American Games and also bronze in the 2007 World Championships in the 110m hurdles.
- Silver medalist at the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the 110m hurdles.
