Fifth Third cardholders receive 30-minute early access on game day. Any ticket holder that possesses a Fifth Third Bank credit/debit card is allowed to enter Fifth Third Arena 30 minutes prior to gates opening (2 hours prior to tip-off). They must present the card upon entry as well as a game ticket. This is valid for immediate family/household. Ticket holders should enter the Southwest gate.

Cardholders also receive a 10% discount on Bearcats merchandise inside Fifth Third Arena on game days. Discounts will be accepted at the Bearcats Team Shop Powered by Under Armour, located on the East Concourse of Fifth Third Arena and the Bearcats Bookstore table located on the West Upper Concourse of Fifth Third Arena. Discount cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Not valid on prior purchases or gift certificates.
