Season Ticket Holder Instructions

Step 1: Season Ticket Members will log in to your GoBearcats account using this link. 

Step 2: After signing in, you will be directed to the MyAccount screen. If you are accessing this on a web browser, you will click "Ticket Applications." If you are accessing on a mobile device you will click "Renew My Season Tickets" (Yes, we understand that you aren't renewing your tickets) See photo below for examples.

Step 3: Under applications, select Men's Basketball CareSource Charity Exhibition. 
 
Step 4: The application will allow you to claim your full season order. If you only want to claim part of your order, for example 2 of your 4 seats, you can contact the Bearcats Ticket Office at 1-877-228-7849 or email uc.tickets@uc.edu. See photo below. 



















Step 5: Click Add to Cart 

Step 6: Click Checkout 

Step 7: After you checkout you will be prompted for add on's. This is where you will be able to purchase parking. See photo below. Please note: Not all garages are available due to the event taking place on Homecoming weekend. Thank you for being understanding.
