Cincinnati's Trent Cole leads the nation in tackles for loss. The senior defensive end has averaged 2.50 TFLs through UC's first six games. Behind him are Tony Ficklin, San Jose State (2.40); Manase Hopoi, Washington (2.40); Jonathan Goddard, Marshall (2.30) and Dennis Ware, Troy (2.20).
Cole and the Bearcats are idle this weekend (Oct. 16) but return to action on Oct. 23, hosting Memphis.
