BOWLING GREEN, Ky. ? The University of Cincinnati men's and women's swimming teams were swept by Western Kentucky on Oct. 30 at the Bill Powell Natatorium. On the men?s side, WKU handed the Bearcats a 119.50-84.50 loss, while the women fell, 127-96.
Both men's and women's teams fall to 0-2 on the young season.
David Gustavsson won 200-yard Free and 100-yard Fly to lead the Bearcats.
Elyse Perez captured the 500 and 1000 freestyle titles to lead the women.
The Bearcats are next in action on Nov. 6 as they travel to Columbus for a dual meet with Ohio State starting at 1:00 p.m.
