YPSILANTI, Mich. -- The University of Cincinnati men's and women's cross country teams finished 14th and 16th, respectively, at the Great Lakes Regional Meet today, hosted by Eastern Michigan.
The Bearcats were led by Kevin Schwarz (Maineville, Ohio/Moeller), who placed 64th overall, completing the 10k course in 31:56.7.
Ruth Limo (Mosoriot, Kenya/Univ. of Toledo) was the top women's finisher. Limo completed the 6k race in 20:56.2, to place 21st out of over 200 runners.
A pair of Big 10 squads won the team titles, with Wisconsin taking home the men's honor and Michigan earning the women's crown.
