WEST CHICAGO, Ill.---John Clodfelder and Adam Fluty finished tied for 19th as the University of Cincinnati men's golf team wrapped up play at the John Dallio Memorial on Tuesday at the Prairie Landing Golf Club. UC finished 10th in the final team standings.
Fluty shot a final round 74, while Clodfelder carded a 75 to end the three-round tournament with identical scores of 222. The duo finished just four shots out of the top-10. David Perritt of Saint Louis took medalist honors with a seven-under par score of 209.
In the team rundown, Cincinnati shot a final round score of 305 to end the event at 905 for three rounds. Saint Louis took team medalist honors by nine strokes over Western Illinois with a score of 865.
UC will return to action on Oct. 6 when it combines with the Bearcat women's squad to compete for the Krump Kup. The annual event, hosted by Northern Kentucky will take place at Boone Links Golf Course in Florence, Ky.
