CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Sophomore forward Ashley Brown has left the University of Cincinnati citing personal reasons, the school announced on Wednesday.
Brown, who played in six games for the Bearcats this season, has withdrawn from the University and returned home. As a freshman, the Wilberforce, Ohio native started 16 games and finished third on the team in rebounding.
UC, 14-5 in its first season in the BIG EAST, is in action on Wednesday night, facing No. 11 DePaul at 8 p.m. ET at the DePaul Athletic Center.
