CINCINNATI, OH - The University of Cincinnati athletic department, in conjunction with its multimedia rightsholder ISP Sports, is pleased to announce that the LifeCenter Organ Donor Network will be conducting an organ donor registration drive at the February 23 men's basketball game against No. 4-ranked Villanova.

LifeCenter volunteers will be at Fifth Third Arena that evening to distribute and collect registration forms, as well as answer any questions regarding organ donation.

Each person who registers for the first time as an organ donor at that game will be entered into a drawing to win two courtside seats to UC's regular season home finale against No. 11 West Virginia on March 4.

"ISP is delighted to partner with UC Athletics in providing this opportunity to increase awareness of the LifeCenter Network," Ben Sutton, president of ISP Sports, says. "Statistics show that approximately 17 people die each day in this country because of the lack of available organ transplants. In the Greater Cincinnati region alone, nearly 350 people are currently waiting for a life-saving transplant."

The LifeCenter Organ Donor Network is a non-profit organization that's mission is to save, enhance and change lives through organ and tissue donation. LifeCenter serves a local 16-county region in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. For more information, see the organization's website (www.lifecnt.org).
