UC Baseball Hosting First Pitch Dinner

CINCINNATI, Ohio---The University of Cincinnati baseball team will host its second annual First Pitch Dinner on Thursday, March 2 at the Russell C. Myers Alumni Center on UC's campus. The dinner will serve as a precursor to the Bearcats' home-opening series with Niagara which kicks off the following day.

The event will bring together supporters of the Bearcat program along with the 2006 players and coaches for a night of celebrating the current season. The event includes a dinner buffet and cost is $25 per person. A reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. with dinner and the evening's program starting at 7 p.m.

Speakers for the evening include UC Athletics Director Mike Thomas and head baseball coach Brian Cleary. All attendees will receive a complimentary 2006 Baseball Media Guide.
