, -- The University of will host the Dick Kerin-SWOFCA Football Coaches Clinic on the UC campus Friday and Saturday, April 7-8. Bearcat head coach Mark Dantonio and Cincinnati Bengals coach Marvin Lewis highlight a weekend of outstanding guest speakers.
Registration begins at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 7 at the Great Hall on the fourth floor of UC's . Coaches will be able to attend the Bearcats spring practice on Friday afternoon, as well as the UC coaching staff and position meetings.
"We are very excited to be hosting the SWOFCA Clinic on our campus. This is a great two-day period to share and gather ideas from coaches all over the region," Dantonio said. "I think it is important for UC, as the Division I program in the city of , along with Marvin, that we are able to interact with coaches from all levels. Football is a great game and it is about relationships."
On Friday in UC's Tangeman University Center, the list of keynote speakers includes Moeller High School coach Bob Crable at 5 p.m., followed by Lewis at 6 p.m., and coach at 7 p.m.
Saturday's clinic schedule, also slated for TUC, features Dantonio as the guest speaker at 8 a.m., followed by () coach John Rodenberg at 9 a.m. All clinic coaches will then be invited to the Bearcats' practice and scrimmage at 10:45 a.m. in Nippert Stadium.
