CINCINNATI, Ohio - The University of Cincinnati will offer mini ticket plans, consisting of three-game packages, for the 2006 football season. Season tickets are on sale now with many options available to Bearcat fans.
Mini-Plan #1 includes reserved seat tickets to the Pittsburgh (Sept. 8), Akron (Oct. 7) and Syracuse (Oct. 28, Homecoming) games and is available for just $68. The second mini-plan offers reserved seats at the Eastern Kentucky (Sept. 2), Miami (Ohio) (Sept. 30), and South Florida (Oct. 21) games and sells for just $62.
Season tickets are on sale now with five options available to fans. The regular adult season ticket package, which includes seven home games, is $168. Section C, section 112 in the south endzone of Nippert Stadium, sells for $126, while the Cat's Lair package, which offers seats in sections 211-215, sells for $105. The North Endzone plan offers seats for just $10 per game and sells for $70, while the Youth package, available to Bearcat fans age 12 and under, is $84.
Family plans are also available. A family of four receives tickets to each game in family-friendly section 111, four sodas and four snack vouchers per game all for $250. The Cat's Lair family plan offers all of the above in sections 211-215 for just $200.
Season parking passes may be purchased for $56.
Individual game tickets will go on sale on Aug. 1. Group discounts are available by calling 1-877-CATSTIX.
Pre-game festivities will abound at Nippert Stadium this fall as Cattitude at Varsity Village moves to the new Sheakley Lawn and Victory Plaza. Cattitude at Varsity Village is highlighted by food, drinks, music and the UC marching band, dance team and cheerleaders. Beginning 2-1/2 hours prior to kickoff, the party is open to Bearcat fans looking to get charged up before the big game.
The Bearcats' Kids Zone will return to Marge Schott Stadium in 2006, offering kids of all ages inflatable games, music, promotions and giveaways and visits from the UC Bearcat. This unique form of pre-game fun will open 2-1/2 hours prior to kickoff.
