Men's Basketball Alumni Picnic a Success

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The University of Cincinnati men's basketball program, a program steeped in tradition, honored its past and present at the Men's Basketball Alumni Picnic on Aug. 4 in the Richard E. Lindner Athletics Center.

Over 40 former student-athletes and coaches attended, including former standouts Jack Twyman, George Wilson and Bill Lammert and Super Bowl champion Brad Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens.

Athletics Director Mike Thomas welcomed guests and turned the program over to head coach Mick Cronin, who spent several minutes introducing the 2006-07 Bearcats and talking about the upcoming season.

A buffet-style dinner was served and guests were treated to a tour of the new .
