TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The men and women's cross country teams gave it their all at the Brooks Pre-Nationals in on Saturday Oct. 14.

The men's team competed in the white division and finished 26th out of 36 teams, many nationally-ranked. John Dixon led the pack finishing 75th along with Taylor Garvin and Randy King. Others that contributed to the team were David Adams, Kevin Schwarz, Solomon Kessio, and Rick King.

The women's team competed in the open division and finished 7th of 13. For the Bearcats Megan Knapp finished 11th with Jennifer Hannen, Nichole Leslie, Julie Horn, Tamara Masters, Amy Schoenfeld, and Ellen Knopf adding points to the team.

UC will have a week off to train and will head to their second BIG EAST Championships on Friday, Oct. 27, in Boston, Mass.
