Saturday's Cincinnati-Rutgers contest has been selected to be the ESPN Prime Time telecast. Kickoff for the game at Nippert Stadium will be 7:45 p.m.
The Scarlet Knights are one of the few remaining major college football unbeaten teams at 9-0 and are certain to move up from last week's poll positions (No. 15 in AP, No. 14 in ESPN) following last Thursday's 28-25 upset of No. 3 Louisville.
The Bearcats are 5-5 following Saturday's loss at No. 10 West Virginia, four of their five losses at the hands of Top 10-ranked teams. UC is offering a number of discounted ticket plans to help fill Nippert for this national telecast. Additionally, as the game marks Fan Appreciation Day, concessions will feature dollar hot dogs and soft drinks.
