Trio Represents UC At NCAA Leadership Conference

, ---Track and field athlete Keith Hamilton, tennis team member Kirby Doran and Director of Compliance Maggie McKinley represented the at the NCAA Regional Leadership Conference in late October. The UC trio was part of a delegation that traveled to the weekend long conference in

Schools representing the BIG EAST, America East, Ivy, MAAC and Patriot League participated in the event, which gave the attendees the chance to build leadership skills, while discussing topics relevant to Division I student-athletes.

"The weekend was a good opportunity for the participants to learn more about the NCAA and Division I," McKinley said. "The conference also presented a great chance to network with fellow student-athletes, coaches and administrators.

While attending the conference, participants were also afforded the chance to share ideas for initiating positive change on their campus and in their conference.
