CINCINNATI, Ohio--The University of Cincinnati football team shifted from training to gameplanning at Thursday's practice. The squad spent one hour and 45 minutes at Nippert Stadium working in a crisp mode.
"We are playing an opponent that the coaching staff is familiar with and that helps with the preparation," said head coach Brian Kelly. "Western Michigan is a really good football team that will challenge us a great deal." Kelly and the Bearcats have two practices remaining on campus before taking a break for the New Year's holiday.
They depart on Tuesday, Jan. 2 for Toronto.
For fans interested in attending the International Bowl in Toronto, Ont. on Saturday, Jan. 6, the Westin Harbour Castle has a special package for University of Cincinnati fans.
