Bearcats Countdown To Debut Tuesday

Throughout the 2007 season, the University of Cincinnati wants to make GoBEARCATS.com your first and best stop for coverage of Bearcats baseball. Starting on Tuesday, Jan. 23, UC will launch Bearcats Countdown, a 17-day series previewing the 2007 team.

Once the season gets rolling, GoBEARCATS.com will still be your number one destination. Game previews and recaps, along with stats, photos, notes and quotes will all be available 24 hours a day. Almost daily, a new story or feature will appear on the baseball section of the site. The UC Alumni Report will also return for the 2007 season, with daily updates on former Bearcats playing professional.

Don't forget about the CATS Vision All-Access section of GoBEARCATS.com that will feature regular interviews with UC coaches and players, along with coverage of approximately 20 Bearcats home games. Tommy Gelehrter will be your host and provide the play-by-play action.

A new feature is also in store as a weekly column, entitled "Diamond View," will appear every Wednesday. Penned by UC Assistant Sports Communications Director Shawn Sell, "Diamond View" will provide a special inside look at the world of Bearcats baseball.
