CINCINNATI -- Come Early, Be Loud, Wear Black! Head coach Brian Kelly enters his first full season at the helm of the University of Cincinnati football program in 2007 and his Bearcats are poised to unleash Kelly's high-powered CAT ATTACK on the BIG EAST and battle for a BCS bowl berth.
UC will play one of the most exciting home schedules in the program's 119 year history and Monday, July 9, is your chance to be part of the 2007 CAT ATTACK, as single game tickets and mini-plans go on sale at 8 a.m. The Bearcats will welcome three preseason Top 25 opponents to Nippert Stadium this fall (Oregon State, Louisville and West Virginia) and you can be part of the action for as little as $15.
Reserved tickets are $24 each and offer a wide range of seating options. Faculty and staff reserved tickets are available for $20. The Young Alumni section ($15), new in 2007, is exclusively for alumni from the UC graduating classes of 2003-07. Located adjacent to the current student sections in Nippert Stadium, these areas are prime locations for recent grads who want to sit near their friends who are still in school.(Nippert Stadium seating chart)
In addition to individual game tickets, three unique mini-plans are available at a discounted rate. The Kickoff 2007 mini-plan ($40) includes reserved tickets (regularly $24 per ticket) to the season opener against Southeast Missouri State and the nationally-televised matchup with preseason Top 25 opponent Oregon State. The Pick Two mini-plan ($40) offers reserved tickets to the two UC home games (one non-conference and one BIG EAST contest) of your choice. The BIG EAST Beast plan ($60) includes reserved tickets to each of the three BIG EAST home games (Louisville, UConn and West Virginia).
Don't forget that season tickets are still on sale and start as low as $60 in the SPORTS ANIMAL BEARCAT LAIR, the first fans who will welcome Kelly's 2007 squad to the turf. The SPORTS ANIMAL BEARCAT LAIR will mimic the Oakland Raiders' Black Hole and will be located in the North End Zone of Nippert Stadium. This section is the least expensive season ticket in UC history, priced at only $60, and includes a limited edition black t-shirt which will be given to patrons at a special preseason event with the UC coaching staff at Nippert Stadium.
