Cincinnati at Rutgers to Kickoff at 8 p.m.

CINCINNATI-- The BIG EAST Conference announced Monday that the Oct. 6 football game between No. 24 Cincinnati and No. 10 Rutgers is being televised live on ESPN2 at 8 p.m.

The game is the BIG EAST season opener for Cincinnati. It marks the first meeting between the two sides since Cincinnati stopped then-No. 7 Rutgers, 30-11 in primetime at Nippert Stadium on Nov. 18, 2006.

No. 24 Cincinnati (4-0) travels to face San Diego State this weekend at 10 p.m. (ET). The game is being televised by VERSUS.
