CINCINNATI---In preparation for its 2008 season, the University of Cincinnati is in the midst of its fall practice and will cap the session off with its annual Red/Black Fall World series. The five-game intrasquad set will showcase the team prior to the beginning of the season.

"We have new faces that are starting to get their feet wet and get a feel for college baseball at UC," says UC head coach Brian Cleary of the fall session. "We also have some guys that are continuing to work their way back into baseball shape. Overall, we still have a lot of practice left and we aren't where we need to be. But we feel like we are off to a good start and like the progress that we have made."

The Fall World Series dates and times are currently set, but are subject to change depending on weather. Game length will be decided based on weather and available pitching.
