CINCINNATI--The University of Cincinnati lacrosse made its debut on Saturday, Sept. 29 with a fall scrimmage at Ohio State. Heading into their first season of competition, Shannon Lynes found the back of the net for the Bearcats' first goal of the fall season with an assist from Steph Cox.
Beginning at noon this Saturday, Oct. 6, the Bearcats are scheduled for a full day of action at the Robert Morris Play Day. One of five teams at the fall scrimmage, Cincinnati plays programs from Canisius, Duquesne, Pittsburgh, and Robert Morris.
Head coach Lellie Swords and the Bearcats open their first season of intercollegiate lacrosse on Sunday, February 17 when they travel to Nashville, TN to face Vanderbilt.
