CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati men's soccer staff has announced camp dates for the spring and summer of 2008. The will offer five different camps, including Mini, Day, Team, Advanced Residential and College Prep Camp for soccer players of all ages and abilities.
The enters its seventh year under and current UC Head Coach, Hylton Dayes. The goal of each camp is to offer a fun and challenging experience for every player that attends. Each camp has grown at a tremendous rate in recent years, attracting campers from numerous areas and teams in and continuing to draw players from throughout the region.
The camp staff features college coaches, current professional players and college standouts to ensure the development of each player. Space is limited to ensure quality individual instruction; interested campers are encouraged to register early! Online and mail registration will begin today and camps will be available until reaching full capacity.
The College Prep Camp is designed for the serious soccer player interested in playing at the college level. This one-day program will feature technical and tactical training, strength and conditioning for the college player, college recruiting Q&A, small-sided games and 11v11 matches. The College Prep Camp is held on campus at Gettler Stadium and will offer extensive access to UC's state of the art facilities.
March 15, College Prep Camp Ages 14 and over (8am-5pm)
June 27-29, Team Camp Ages 13-19
July 9-13, Advanced Residential Camp Ages 13-19 (Overnight)
July 14-18, Day Camp I Ages 7-16 (9 AM-4PM)
July 14-18, Mini Camp I Ages 5-10 (9 AM-Noon)
July 28 - Aug.1, Day Camp II Ages 7-16 (9 AM-4PM)
July 28 - Aug.1, Mini Camp II Ages 5-10 (9 AM-Noon)
