Bearcats Tennis Drops Final Two Matches of BIG EAST Season

The women's tennis team had its 2008 BIG EAST regular-season slate come to an end this weekend with a pair of losses at Marquette and DePaul.

The Bearcats opened the weekend at on Friday, losing to the Golden Eagles, 6-1. UC's point came in the No. 1 singles as senior Alizee Paradis knocked off Erin Watkins 6-2, 6-4.

closed out the season at nationally-ranked DePaul on Saturday and lost 7-0 to the Blue Demons.

finishes out the regular season on Friday, April 11 at home at the on the campus of UC vs. crosstown rival . The match is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
