The University of Cincinnati Men's golf team will be conducting a walk-on tryout at Elks Run Golf Club in Batavia, Ohio. The competition will be over three days; all rounds will be played at Elks Run. There is no guarantee that anyone will be chosen from the tryout. Scores obviously are very important, but will not be the only factor in helping the coach determine if anyone is chosen to be on the team.
Dates of Tryout: September 15, 16, 17
Tee times will be assigned according to number of players trying out. Tee times will begin each day in the early afternoon.
Fee: $100.00, this fee will cover the greens fee for the three days of the competition. If you make the team, your fee for trying out will be returned.
Deadline for registration: You must send your info to Coach Martin (martin66@fuse.net) by September 1. Info needed. Name, age ,class, HS GPA, contact info, address, phone #, e-mail, etc, year in school at UC.
Payment: Payment for the qualifying is due September 5. Your payment should be by personnel check and made out to UCF Golf, and sent to the following address, with attention to Coach Doug Martin.
