BEIJING - Former Bearcat David Payne moved into the semifinals of the 110-meter hurdles at the 2008 Olympic Games on Tuesday evening at National Stadium, winning his second-round heat in 13.24.
Payne, a bronze medalist at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka, Japan, posted the thrid-fastest time in the second round behind world record-holder David Oliver of the U.S. and Dayron Robles of Cuba.
