CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati's men's and women's cross country teams travel to Bowling Green, Ohio this weekend to compete in the Mel Brodt Invitational hosted by Bowling Green State University. The women will start their 5,000 meter race at 2 p.m., while the men are scheduled to run their 8,000-meter race at 2:45 p.m.
The race will take place at Forrest Creason Golf Course as the race winds throughout the golf course.
Cincinnati's men's cross country team secured its eighth straight Queen City Invitational title last weekend as senior Randy King led the Bearcats with a second-place overall finish. Sophomore Lilian Jelimo led the women's teams to its third straight Queen City Invitational win as she finished in first-place with a time of 17:59.26.
