Ring of Red and Can Food Drive Highlights Feb. 21 Men's Basketball Game vs. Louisville

All fans planning to attend the University of Cincinnati men’s basketball game vs. rival Louisville on Saturday, Feb. 21, are encouraged to wear red for the annual “Ring of Red Game” and bring a canned food item.

The UC senior class will be conducting a canned food drive at the entrance gates to Fifth Third Arena prior to the 2 p.m. start. The food drive kicks off the senior led project which runs throughout campus next week, concluding next Thursday, February 26. 

The program is designed to enhance the awareness of senior-focused activities, increase each senior’s preparation and prospects for postgraduate education and encourage a sense of unity among the senior class. The food drive will support the Cincinnati Free Store and Food Bank.  Fans are asked to donate non-perishable food items.
