RIO VERDE, Ariz. - Marianne Erb (Cincinnati, Ohio/Anderson) fired a second-round 75, leading the University of Cincinnati women's golf team to 13th place at the Duramed Collegiate Invitational on March 7 at the Rio Verde Country Club.

Erb's two-round total of 79-75=154 is two shots behind Anna Cumtell (Halstad, Sweden), who has carded back-to-back rounds of 76 to sit in a tie for 20th through 36 holes.

Kate Moore (Shepparton, Australia/Goulburn Grammar) is one shot back of Erb with a two-day total of 78-77=155.

The Bearcats posted team totals of 311 in each of the first two rounds. UC is three shots behind Western Michigan and Missouri State, who have posted two-round totals of 619.

Kansas continues to lead the team competition, firing rounds of 294 and 295 for a 589 two-day total. Toledo is 20 shots back of the Jayhawks with a 609 total, to hold down second place.

Meghan Goekel of KU leads the individual competition with a 73-72=145. The five Kansas golfers each place in the top 27 through 36 holes.

The final round will begin on Sunday morning at 8 a.m.
