Bigg Earns USL W-League Weekly Honor

TAMPA, Fla. - University of Cincinnati women's soccer midfielder Melissa Bigg (Limehouse, Ontario/Acton) earned an honorable mention spot on the United Soccer Leagues W-League Team of the Week after scoring a hat trick in the London (Ontario) Gryphons 3-0 win against the Rochester Ravens on Sunday July, 12.

Bigg scored a pair of goals just three minutes apart in the first half and added a goal in the second half to notch her third of match.

Bigg, a senior to be at UC, tallied eight points on three goals and two assists for the Bearcats in 2008.
